Mr. Ulrich is author of Legacy Systems: Transformation Strategies (Prentice Hall), and co-author of Business Architecture: The Art and Practice of Business Transformation (MK Press) and Information Systems Transformation: Architecture-Driven Modernization Case Studies (Morgan Kaufmann Elsevier). He serves as Co-chair of the OMG Architecture-Driven Modernization Task Force. Prior to founding TSG, Mr. Ulrich served in a senior management capacity at KPMG, serving as KPMG’s Director, Reengineering Strategies prior to leaving and forming TSG, Inc. in 1990. Mr. Ulrich served on the faculty of Northeastern Illinois University and facilitated numerous workshops, including sessions for the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute.
